These Terms govern your use of offpaige.com and the Offpaige software (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

The Service
Offpaige is self-serve software for search marketing professionals. It provides a curated directory of public, open publishing websites (with authority and spam metrics), tools to prepare posts, a workspace to submit your own content to those sites using your own email identity, and a record of each attempt. Offpaige is a tool: we do not sell links, traffic, followers, rankings or engagement, and we do not post anything on your behalf without your instruction.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, leads or sales, and we do not guarantee that any third-party site will accept, keep, or "dofollow" a link. Third-party sites decide what they publish and may change or remove content at any time.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Acceptable use
- No spam: do not post bulk, repetitive, irrelevant or misleading content, and do not use the Service to send unsolicited email.
- Follow the rules of every site you publish on and applicable search engine guidelines, including Google Search spam policies.
- Only promote websites you own or are authorised to promote, with truthful content.
- No illegal, adult, gambling, hateful, malware or phishing content, and nothing that infringes others' rights.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape abusively, resell access, or bypass security controls or rate limits.
We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules.
Plans, billing and renewal
The Free plan costs nothing. The paid "Full list" plan costs US$10 per month, plus any tax shown at checkout. It is billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@offpaige.com from your account email (or through the billing link in your workspace once available). Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing month, and your account then returns to the Free plan.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: you can request a full refund within 20 days of a charge.
Delivery
The Service is digital and delivered online. Paid features are activated on your account immediately after payment. See Billing & delivery.
Your content
You keep the rights to content you submit and give us a limited licence to process and transmit it to operate the Service.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change; we will not reduce a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a pro-rata refund.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud or legal risk; if we close a paid account without cause we will refund the unused part of the current month.
