This policy explains what personal data Offpaige collects, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash (we never store your password in plain text), verification status, plan.
- Workspace data: URLs, keywords, content you prepare, sites you select and the status of each submission.
- Optional credentials: SMTP settings and AI provider keys you choose to save, stored encrypted.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive the customer ID, plan, payment status and the last digits/brand of the card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited and timestamps, used for security, rate limiting and basic analytics.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email.
Why we use it
To provide the Service and your account (contract), to process payments and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation), to prevent abuse and secure the Service (legitimate interest), and to answer support requests.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payment processing). Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- Hostinger (web hosting, database and email delivery).
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), only if you save your own key and use drafting features.
- Third-party publishing sites you choose: the content and URL you submit are sent to them when you publish.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.
Retention
Account and workspace data are kept while your account is open and deleted within 90 days of closure, except billing records we must keep for tax law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@offpaige.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (login session and security). See the Cookie Policy.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell account holders about material changes by email.
